Lovely hotel but some dis not have hot water so they reported it so mine went down now so no problem for any one else but room 108 is lovely

We've just got back from bournemouthsands hotel our first stay there our room was a nice size beds were comfy and clean a nice size bathroom with shower but just couldn't get the temperature right. The food was really nice with a good choice the staff very friendly though i didn't think the deputy manager knew what he was doing if you asked him anything his answer would be ask the manager. The bar staff very friendly and the entertainment was really good .
Visited the 4 nights turkey & tinsel for the first time and although friends had been before at the Bournemouth sands hotel for this event wasn’t sure if it was my thing but low and behold had a fabulous time . The food was really good great menu choices for breakfast and dinner . the chef Ben always cooked up a delicious dish of the day . All his meals were really good . Rooms were adequate for the stay and cleaned regularly . We had bingo a quiz and entertainment each night . Staff were friendly and efficient . A great stay and will definitely book again .
First time on a Daisha break and Bournemouth was lovely. Great location, near to bus stop and cliff walk down to the beach (quite a long walk for the easy path but strenuous for the quicker route). Staff were friendly and helpful, though needed more of them. Food was basic but entertainment every night including a quiz, bingo and a "turn" (some better than others
Fantastic tinsel and Turkey lovely room memory foam matress so comfortable. Food very good especially vegetarian choice. Lovely evening atmosphere with sherry reception on first evening. Good information for public transport. Well done
I was there 4 nights with Daish coach trip. There was a problem with the room so Ben, the chef upgraded me. There were no other staff around at the time. Jaime the restaurant manager was very helpful as well. I found all the staff friendly and helpful.
